上海汉铭科技有限公司是一家高科技企业，成立于1997年，业务范围涉及楼宇自动化控制、楼宇消防报警、楼宇安保、楼宇信息通讯、智能化集成等。主要代理楼宇及工业自控产品、楼宇弱电产品、计算机网络产品，并提供相关的技术服务和工程服务。公司从事智能化弱电系统的业务至今，承接了近百个弱电工程，并积累了许多的工程经验。公司目前已形成了系统化科学化的工程管理模式，并得到良好的效果。本公司在1999年被认定为上海市高新技术企业。目前公司职工人数在50人以上，70%是大专学历以上，也有硕士研究生。同时，我们在香港设有分支机构，引进国外的先进技术和管理技术。公司现有项目部、技术部、工程部、计算机中心、300平方米备品仓库和配套的弱电工程施工队伍，保证为用户提供优良的产品服务、工程服务和售后服务。
上海汉铭科技有限公司早在1995年就涉足智能大厦，并承接了长征医院、电力医院、黄浦金融大厦，世界金融大厦（建行上海分行）、杭州火车站、东银大厦等智能工程，同时，我们也涉足智能住宅的领域，并已有了一定的经验和工程实力，特别在2000年由建设部举办的“创新风暴”全国精品建筑设计及智能社区压标活动中获得组委会特别金奖。该活动有600家房产开发商参与，智能化社区组委会特别金奖全国只设了十个，但本次评奖只评出八个组委会特别金奖，而我公司总承包并由本公司自已实施完成系统设计、安装、设备采购和系统调试的三鑫花苑成为上海地区唯一获得组委会特别金奖的项目。

The business of Hanming focuses on dealing
with various engineering projects of all kinds
of buildings, which include autocontrol system,
fire-protection & alarming system, security
system, information system and intellectualized
integrity system. Hanming also supplies building
and industrial autocontrol products, building
electrical products and computer network products,
while providing relevant technologic and engineering
services. Till now, Hanming has completed
more than one hundred projects and has accumulated
plenty of experience on engineering projects.
Through years of endeavor, Hanming has built

office building in 1995 and accomplished the
projects of Changzheng Hospital, Dianli Hospital,
Huangpu financial building, World financial
building, Hangzhou railway station and Dongyin
building etc. In the meantime, Hanming also
etered the field of intellectualized housing
community and has got abundant experience
in this field. Hanming was honored "Special
Golden Award" in "Innovation Storm
Compete of national architectural design and
intellectualized community" held by Chinese
Construction Department in year 2000. This
activity involved more than 600 real estate
developers and only issued 8 Special Golden
Award, which were two less than the original
plan. The rewarded project of Hanming is Shanghai
Sanxing Garden, the only Awarded project of
Shanghai. This project is totally contracted
by Hanming, who is responsible for system
design, equipment purchase, installation and
modulation.
同样，我们公司在软件开发上也具备了一定的开发规模和开发力量，在开发人员上我们有硕士和本科人员六名，我们公司目前以房地产业作为软件开发和服务对象，已开发的系统有物业管理局域网平台、物平管理软件、物业一卡通收费管理软件、物业WEB软件和停车库收费软件。并且，其中物业一卡通收费管理软件通过上海市高新技术成果转化认证和全国高新技术成果转化认证。此外，我们公司将在中小型企业管理信息系统的开发领域进行创新，首先将在房地产企业作为开发和服务对象。公司相信通过努力我们会让客户得到优质的服务。

master degree on it. Hanming develops software
aiming at the real estate industry and has
successfully developed system of property
service LAN platform and different software
on property service management, property service
one card charging, property service WEB and
park charging. Among the above, one card charging
has applied the authentication of Shanghai
and National High-tech Production Translation.
Besides, Hanming has the plan to develop more
innovations on MIS for small and medium enterpriese
and the real estate companies will be the
first client of this innovative software.
